Let's ask it this way - When the volume exceeds the outstanding shares AND the price explodes upward on absolutely no news whatsoever, what do you think should be done by someone who holds shares of that particular stock?

Riddle me this...What happens when the volume exceeds the Outstanding Shares? So far I've seen it twice with AVXL. Safe to trade then?
