Tasty, as I stated earlier, my hope is the SC takes the case and decides it once and for all, with great clarity as to what is in and what is out as it pertains to the skinny label. So far the GSK ruling has not done a damn thing to help AMRN and I will be long dead before the appeal by AMRN to move their case forward so we can maybe have a trial and decision in a couple of years is ridiculous. Our best shot is the SC takes the case and rules in a way that supports AMRN's efforts to enforce what's left of their US patents. We should have a decision one way or the other within a year.
