US government / politicians - (managing the 'generally speaking' - most unhealthy (overweight) population in the world - 'KNOWS' - the health issues - are 'top of the table' - and they USE IT everywhere possible - to gain power.

Being a bit cynical'. Had the official policy from the leading politicians being about - 'Living a healthy lifestyle' (exercise - controlling weight) - then the US health budget would have been reduced 'Big Time' - you would have a much healthier / happier population.

But this is not where the money are'. In the end - 'It is all about money' - as Always :)
