Meowza, I agree. Difficult to predict outcomes. Logical interpretation of information is out of favor these days. We live in a society where facts, feelings, and opinions are intertwined. Facts being the given relevance only when they align with the other two. Reality would appear to be crafted by whoever says the dumbest thing with the most conviction. If someone said it loudly it must be true. Will the court take the case? I don't know. It does look like they are leaning that way. What would a ruling look like if they did? That is beyond me. The purpose of the Supreme Court is not to decide individual cases. It is to clarify conflicting interpretation of law. This might be the perfect time to do that in regards to the "skinny label".
