Since FORW isn't a SEC filer Sharp doesn't file a Form 3 or 4 - the financials look like Sharp has been gifting himself stock - and there is a great deal of stock issuance since Sharp gained control of GRDO from Bill Schaefer and Schaefer never just walks away and gives the shell away. That has always been a problem.

Sharp issues shares to his friends such as Louis Sapi for "Services" but the Services are never revealed.
