It will be a few more years or longer until they are delisted

As long as they pay FINRA the Regulatory Fees and keep Financials updated....even if they are negative....they wont be delisted

They have 10 Billion Authorized Shares....and they will sell "Notes" until the entire Authorized is Maxxed....then Reverse Split again....and again....and again IMO

The Job of an OTC CEO is to sell shares

Get in...Get out...Lock Profits...Imitate JPetro and post on the message board for a decade afterwards where no one cares about your input.
