We're assuming you had to file for permits?
Or the Contractor you've hired has filed for them?
Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, Water/Sewage?
Permits for Controlled substances? (Pharmaceuticals/Chemicals)
Did you have to file for any Zoning changes?
Have you purchased any building materials, or put a deposit on the construction?
When does it begin?
Are utilities turned on in the Sohm name?
Are there any plans for exterior signage? Has it been ordered?
Are there any plans for exterior painting, landscaping, etc?
Have you purchased/leased a security system for the building?
Have you spent any funds on labeling, and labeling review/approval?
Are any dates set for FDA inspection, for the FDA approved facility?
Have you hired a facility manager?
Taking applications for staff/labor to do R&D, packaging, order fulfillment?
Does the staff have to pass certifications to work in Pharma field?
Are you ready for payroll, benefits, witholdings, workers compensation?
Are the new "machineries" being leased or purchased?
Are all of these expenses budgeted in?

I know I'm missing several other questions. But you get the point.

Where are we at on these items please?
