Holy Crap! I thought I was just ill-informed but it turns out one could write a doctoral dissertation on the subject. That took you some work so thanks very much.

When I spent some time (a month) down under in the late '90's, my favorite beer was Victoria Bitter so I just loaded up the sink in my room with ice and chilled down those big green tins in the sink ..... didn't use glasses. Now I know! I think!
