That would be Red Road selling off DTII. Read the 10Q and look at the dates.

Sorry, those were converted and sold last month ( seemy post#16244) and last week when there was volume. Also converted shares were sold late Feb 2023 see my post#16245.

The balance was 61k in notes, today's volume is 119.7k.

These are new shares that were issued, not from RED ROAD.

DTII is a scam!!
