All of you remember this statement:
Aradatum, a subsidiary of CGE Energy, Inc. (OTCPink: CGEI), recently raised $10 million in private capital to develop a self-powered macro cell tower that combines wireless communications and electric vehicle charging.

The money will finance the design of the tower, pilot production and deployment. Aradatum has four towers waiting for testing and deployment, heading to Maine, Kansas, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and another location to be determined.

This statement is materially false and misleading!
