They need to do better research before trying to offload their companies. This is now 2 failed transactions in a row because the people they are doing business with are shady. Do better.

I am currently down $65k on this so yeah, I had plenty invested. Averaged down a handful of times. Now just need .21 to break even. In all reality, this will be a tax loss when I chose to utilize it.
