They have successfully acquired many companyies already. Lol. Looks like the reply says transaction didn't look good. I just looked up SMPP, shell risk and expert market. Looks like we dodged a bullet.

If they had no clue how to run a company, how did they end up with this solar company that's looking to do over a million in revenue per previous CEO letters and PRs.

I get that you may have lost a few dollars. Nature of the beast. With the float being so tight, I can't imagine you having much invested here anyways. Even pre reverse which was like 2 years ago or something.
