If THEY earned the right to take $5.2 million in bonuses without evidence of a working scalable product, then WE INVESTORS have the right to second guess, nitpick and overanalyze everything they say and do until they prove the bonuses were justified. That includes questioning what “production trials” REALLY means.

OUR hard-earned money is on the line. THEIRS isn’t.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
