I expect that there was someone like that in the original trial training and working with the various trial sites to ensure that they got the required parts of the DCVax-L inputs together properly and transferred properly for safe use. Now they need to do the same at a commercial level for any and all hospitals that approach them, which is a much bigger job and needs to be a permanent role, whether at Advent or eventually at NWBO or whoever manages manufacturing. This would be an important part of commercialization and commercial manufacturing.

But I can't imagine they did not have someone performing the role before. But now it needs to be a standalone, full-time role.
