I think the real question here is whether the SEC takes NWBO's lead and makes it a Federal action, or perhaps groups what happened to NWBO with others for a larger action. In general, I don't believe that the SEC pays as much attention to what's happening on the OTC as it does to major exchanges, but it doesn't mean they won't have a look at what's happening here.

As I've said, unless this results in an acceptable offer in the near term, by the time this is either heard in court, or settled just prior to going to court, we'll either already be very successful because of having worldwide approvals, or have serious problems, because we haven't had those approvals. While I believe this could bring a billion plus settlement if taken through the courts, I don't know that the greater benefit to the company wouldn't be a 8 to 9 figure settlement in the next few months.
