PM This "thingy called “spoofing” is ILLEGAL. Any reasonable person would conclude that any manipulation of the value a company up or down should be illegal for many reasons. The 7 market makers colluded on 5/10/22 to dramatically lower the value of NWBO.
Collusion is ILLEGAL. When the market makers played their games, because the SEC allowed the rich bastards too much latitude, they devalued the market cap of NWBO and my and many other share holders portfolio Illegally. There is no difference between this action and robbing a bank. Illegal is illegal. If the SEC has not taken appropriate action in the past, it doesn't matter. NWBO has been forced into the position of changing the future in more ways than one. I believe they will succeed in both ventures.
