the huge partnership payment alone will set the price soaring

So, it requires a huge partnership payment first? The great results/data can't stand on its own?
My guess, based on past morning PRs, is that greatly positive results released at 7am will get an immediate boost premarket, then gets sold/shorted back down by the manipulators before the market opens.
We'll see if the next time is any different.
