Unfortunately that’s not correct, a court case had no bearing, nor does it now, from keeping a ticker that’s not filing from heading to the expert market, this was proven below.

It's right there in the video record. If you are having difficulty understanding what was said by Sharp's lawyer and/or reading what I transcribed, that's on you.

The case was disposed - not dismissed, so we don't know if what Sharp's lawyer said still applies. But it was disposed months ago (August of last year) and still there is no grace period warning and it continues to trade, which is odd.

I thought it was going to expert market like it was endlessly stated throughout all of last year and this year? It never happened and won't. You were and continue to be wrong.
