I see one still hasn't responded to these questions and statements made below.
Given that some of these statements were made more than a year ago, please explain why:
1. EVLI hasn't been placed in expert market or delisted as you often stated.
2. If the EVLI court case has been disposed, why hasn't EVLI gone to expert market as one specifically stated.
Even if the stock cant be delisted at this time, it can easily receive a simple OTC trading tier change from limited info to expert market. Its not the same thing as being delisted.
Delisting will likely come later.

The problem with that argument, again is that the EVLI management has failed to comply with minimum required alternative reporting standards to even maintain a limited info tier.
