My view on this appearant disconnect is the following: LP was discussing the sensitive timeline topic with investors when her statement was given. To give a conservative view (since there is no control over the RA and their actions or timing), she stated the longest possible path towards application. This would still leave opportunity to improve upon the timeline by being able to apply in parallel (if everything else worked out). JMHO on a legitimate reason for the disconnect. Peace.
