I have been saying now for several years that ""WE ARE ALL IN THE SAME LIFE BOAT SO WE ALL NEED TO ROW THE SAME DIRECTION and aid each other in our discoveries willingly and openly haven't I?

I have no problem what so ever in being proven wrong about things I BELIEVE WILL HAPPEN or with my opinions, but that will never happen UNTIL THIS THING COMES TO AN END or it's finally.

I for example suggest that IMHO the 75/25% payout matrix is to the end..........based on an 8K and a PR issued by the company stating 75/25 will be used in any distributions. SO I go with their comments that "THEY ISSUED THESE TO QUELL MESSAGE BOARD MISINFORMATION and CHATTER"

THen there is the P's have already been set aside and paid, one day face value next day 4.6 time face value.

MY CONJECTURE is based on relevant a PR and 8K, this IS IN BLACK ANS WHITE and as best AS I can ascertain there is NO MENTION ANYWHERE as to that being limited to 1 face 4.6 times face or even 68X face.......

Nor can I find in BLACK and white any concise direct language that states the 4.6 X's face has already been set aside for P's

I have said for several years HURT ME and ONLY PAY ME FACE or even 4.6 x's face and I will walk away with the single best ROI investment I have ever made, even for the waiting of some 15 yrs

IN Closing I HAVE ALWAYS said TIME WILL TELL and TIME WILL TELL ALL and never have I suggested that my way or opinion IS FACT ever, but using just logic and common sense I will follow what they company has stated in both an 8K and PR and WHAT the releases we all gave were based on 75/25% and NO SPECIFICATION as to any limits set forth in any way.

When ya make a NEGOTIATED deal and set out a payout MATRIX for this payout matrix to be LEGAL AND VALID any and all considerations or limits WOULD HAVE TO HAVE BEEN disclosed or those waivers could in fact be over turned in a court of law since ONE were made aware of ALL THE CONDITIONS.

THis is why I suggest that they disclosed the payout matrix in the first place so there COULD NOT WOULD NOT be any legal ground to attempt to over turn or say one was NOT given all the facts thus invalidating the waivers we signed

TIME WILL TELL and TIME WILL TELL all,, as I have said many times here talk to me when the clock reaches ZERO and the game is over, then and only then will we know if we are HERO OR ZERO both of those 100% INDICATE I AM NOT saying anything as fact but in FACT I am saying they are speculation..................NOT FACT as some suggest their OPININONS ARE FACT opinions suggest
