Poor Man, what exactly would NWBio be purchasing if they were to purchase Advent? NWBio already owns and controls the Sawston Facility, including the following:

(1) NWBio owns and controls all of the clean rooms at the Sawston Facility.

(2) NWBio owns and controls all or most of the equipment located at the Sawston facility.

(3) NWBio owns and controls the long term capital lease of the Sawston facility.

(4) NWBio owns and controls the contract to manufacture DCVax-L for the UK and EU markets.

(5) NWBio owns and controls Flaskworks and all of its associated patents and IP.

Advent’s primary assets are its people, and its contract with NWBio to manufacture DCVax. That contract is controlled by NWBio.

So, again, my question is: what is NWBio buying, if they were to buy Advent?
