That’s incredible. I wonder how Hikma plans to overcome this contradictory evidence. I did notice that Hikma’s now claiming that AMRN took action to lock up all API suppliers AFTER the Du decision. Can you blame AMRN for this? Knowing that others will be going after the API that AMRN will need to grow the US market and expand around the world. It would have been foolish and detrimental for AMRN allow generics access to take supply when AMRN would need it or anticipated needing it for expanding into markets outside the US. Hopefully it gets thrown out. Although I thought DRL case would have been thrown out by now.
