Why didn't you look up the patent numbers and see if the IP had been assigned or had been abandoned.

I love a the crazy conspiracy theories - how many years has Bioamber been liquidated.

It never fails on Q stocks that a few hang around for years that know nothing about corporate bankruptcy especially Chapter 15.

BioAmber is over for shareholders - you can keep posting for 5 more years and the stock will have the same value - Zero.
