No Certain physical assets were not sold. They clearly clarified what was sold as “ALL ASSETS save and except for the cash, inventory, AR and some office furniture located in the US. I mean this is getting old.
I’m sure you read the 8k that described it. Then there is also the APA which again clearly listed all of the items sold including the tangible and intangible assets.
