Some have questions if there is some need for a clean room or for a level of clean room far below the current very high level, but the reality is it is much less expensive and difficult once you have dispensed with the highest level requirements and have these machines running. It makes deploying them much less costly and more convenient financially, in terms of infrastructure and otherwise.
