Can we agree that in the P2a study everyone were dosed with A2-73, somewhere between 10mg - 50mg?

Then can we agree that we don't know what dose each of those patient concentration/response dots actual had received, but that it would be at least 10mg?

Then since everyone in the chart was dosed, how come a few achieved no concentration?

And even stranger, how come someone with no concentration could improve or experience reduced decline vs. their baseline?

Finally, is that a linear relationships between dose, concentration and response?
