Baloney....The loan forgiveness was brought up to counter the many incorrect statements that this company is now making money from it's earnings and those "earnings" included Loan forgiveness..

Question: Why does the balance sheet for the latest quarter show: 
EQUITY 
 Retained Earnings         $ (18,216,702) 
 Current Earnings          $    (611,742) 
 Accumulated Earnings      $ (18,828,444)
Answer: Because these statements are crap like always.
