You need to read that FDA guidance to show us where you see AUC mentioned even once.

I already posted the section of that guidance, where the FDA recommends Anchoring for measures that are volatile and subjective, such as RSBQ. This is why Anavex references that FDA guidance in footnote 2, not because of AUC which is referenced by footnote 5.
