the reason y divy was 17$ was they don't pay out the whole divy. Next month they will payout the big divy leftover. I've seen ceo plus it email about making it a special divy so not to come out of the stock price. If they do this shorts will be screwed as stock will go up huge as result of big divy for the whole year.
