Relationship between StanleyBrothersUSAHoldings and AJNABiosciences

I believe the relationship is that of "Incubator-to-StartUp" and NOT "Identity".

The role of Stanley Brothers USA Holdings as a "cannabis wellness incubator" was stated in the March 3, 2021 press release describing Charlotte's Web's Option Purchase Agreement with Stanley Brothers USA Holdings:

Stanley Brothers USA is a cannabis wellness incubator currently operating in three states ( Colorado , California , Florida ) with expansion plans underway in eight additional states. The Option has a five-year term (extendable for an additional two years) . . .

When Stanley Brothers USA Holdings is viewed in its stated role as an "INCUBATOR", all the recent message board hubbub evaporates. . . . as it should.
