The retrial in Virginia will be scheduled at a Nov. 14 telephone conference and will be slated to begin between Apr. 19 and May 31. This from the latest scheduling order. The order is four pages, according to the clerk's office, which seems a bit long, but probably is filled with deadlines for pretrial motions and the like, but since I don't have it, I can't say. For $50 anyone can get a copy from Lantagne Legal Printing in Richmond.
