I'm not sure how the JNJ lawsuit ends up but considering that JNJ has more than $15Bil free cash flow yearly coupled with $24Bil in cash this will end up to be nothing but noise. Any sell off should be a buying opportunity.

40k scam lawsuits at $200k would be $8 Bil.
