Funded by gullibles, no actual funds exchanged thru the entire process/trial, except attorneys being paid using gullibles investment funds...final agreement was a settlement, returning the $5,000 back to Yazbeck that was extended in common stock par value when the scamtity was formed.
There was never any intention of it making to trial...just a show to use in covering up why the money was just funneling out the door, and not funneling back in.
Same old, trick...watch the hand with the card trick, while gullibles wallets got picked!
Seriously, you think the lawsuit was real?! Suing for $29 MM ($1 per defendent)...settled for a repayment of $5k! Didn't even request attorney's fees covered in the settlement! (which, no doubt, exceeded $5k!!) ROFL.
