I don't give a shXt about Kerrisdale. I DO care about what they are writing because they know a lot more about the tech than I do, and from my estimation over 95% of us here do. Back when they came out with their lengthy report nothing was said here that convinced me that they are wrong.

IF I could see some very very clear examples that they were deliberately MISLEADING in their report instead of just attacks on them, their prior record (during a massive bull market), their drug charges, etc..- something that shows that the SUBSTANCE of the writings was misleading then I'd be willing to reject what they have to say. But, from what I saw there was more of an effort to brush their claims under the rug and call them misleading instead of to discredit them by actually demonstrating the many statements (supposedly) that were misleading.
