What you suggest is not what happened… what you are stating occurred is simply your THESIS. However there is a problem with your thesis and that is that almost always it is the CRO which handles the drug or vaccine dispersement, not the manufacturer or the sponsor. So Cognate very likely simply shipped the vaccines to the CRO (Parexel and Synteract) who then distributed the vaccines to their respective treatment centers.

I will call BS on that. According to LL et all,

The vaccine was aliquoted in individual doses and cryopreserved at < 50 °C [22]. The doses were stored centrally, and shipped individually to the clinical trial sites.

To date, DCVax-L has been shipped for 286 patients (86.4%) in the trial.

Between the efficacy IA in 2015, the shipping records, and the ability to easily break the blind by immuno data this trial leaked more information than any politician in history.
