My critique is far broader than that, but if that gives you leverage, why not take it? I encourage you to go with that argument.
As for the trial being old, the results are NOT old news, just obscure and there is too much noise at the moment, including false noise that an mRNA vaccine is going to vaccinate people against cancer, which the media has promoted without clarifying that it is far from proved and is a therapeutic vaccine for the disease, not prevention. People hear what they want to hear, and a lot of good information gets lost in noise.
