That makes more sense, raising 10 mill with warrants at a super reduced price that can be sold immediately sounds like a black eye to everyone on this board. What does 10 million do for Xeriant, not much when you really need a lot more. I think there's more to this story, I've had faith in Duffy for a long time, I don't think he's throwing us to the wolves. I don't think he's so shallow to look at burning us by saying nothing personal it's just business.
