No, the SAP was with regulators and was being prepared and likely discussed amongst a group of experts and regulators sometime after at the latest, that 2019 ASM where it was discussed. There they promised they would not unlock until all 4 regulators had basically accepted one final SAP that they all could agree to, and at the time I explained to many here how while that may sound easy to your average investor, it takes a lot of time because regulators are territorial and like their particular interpretations. So creating harmony would take a little time. And it did.

I believe all the reassurances from many sources, third-party and otherwise, that your narrative incredibly seems to suggest must be part of a giant conspiracy, because there is plenty of objective evidence to back up my observation and those reassurances. Your narrative disregards the JAMA article that you had previously said, previous to publication, that you’d believe. Now it’s apparently not believable and the peer reviewers are part of the conspiracy or incredibly incompetent.
