You completely dodged the question to clutch the Judge's pearls for them. The question was why would the Judge approve the 3a exemptions at all? Yazbeck got to dump shares faster than he was borrowing money. Why was that allowed by the Judge in the first place? Stop pretending a JUDGE has no responsibility for their own decisions.
