It is a lil scary when Tim will be answering questions THEN someone will ask for confirmation on ARDS phase 3, usually asking either "have they enrolled anyone" and or "how many ppl have been enrolled" and tim disappears. Poof... Goes completely silent. Then comes back with the I'm busy line, then says he can't speak on it.. but if u look at phase 2, they have details on enrollment ect....
I've spoken on this multiple times. At this time there is a gag order in place from the Board of Directors in consultation with legal counsel. I have also said when we hear from FDA and it is material we will of course notify everyone. This is all I will say on this subject at this time.[/color]
wait arent u and tom the board of directors.. are their others? can u list them? which one of u 2 wants the gag order or do u both want it? and if so then why?
