Any thoughts on the Germans level of evidence rating which I believe is 11b ( 2 b )

There’s been some mention that Germany refused to reimburse for Crestor
Well they were already reimbursing for Lipitor and Crestor is only marginally stronger .
Kaiser was the same in the US. They would cover me with a low copay for Lipitor but if I wanted Crestor I had to pay full price
