Exactly right Reefrad. That would be extremely embarrassing for JAMA if they published studies that were failures as if they were successful. Again, as I told Hydro previously, it's published in a major, peer reviewed, well regarded medical journal for a reason. And presuming everyone was incompetent, 70 top doctors from top research institutions, the peer reviewers and editors of a JAMA publication, the statisticians, it quite preposterous.
