The answer is "Because they have finite resources?"

Everyone has finite resources. I would much rather have BIEL management using their personal resources to fund BIEL's operations, until the time when BIEL is solvent, than purchasing BIEL stock.

This is what IBEX, St John's and Dr. Staelin have been doing with their resources, funding BIEL.

They, and they alone, know the truth about Synergy. They, and they alone, know if the Synergy Deal will generate $1.5M gross revenues per quarter as promised, causing the PPS to "leave the Trips forever." But they can't afford to buy BIEL stock at .0006.

That's just a tragedy. Poor as church mice, those BIEL Officers. Reduced to rags by the burden of funding BIEL's operations. They can't afford to invest in the stock market like the shareholders they expect to believe their Synergy story.
