But yet, 2017 NWBO announced the end of the trial operation. The fact the protocol changes all are happening 16 years after the original protocol says it all. Every patient has been dosed, most dosed twice, and all or virtually all of the data has been gathered by the time this protocol was produced.

It is a post hoc trial now and one that is treated very differently than a prospective trial.
