The Bank loans is what BIEL needs to worry about. Friends and family noteholders aren't going to do anything but sit there and watch their loans roll over and not get payed back, especially if accounts received will go to bank loans first, which has happened.

Anyway you look at this, unless BIEL can get their sales and PPS/volume going, their screwed.
