Ya see, that quote is a problem: "to keep the lights on" . This company is not selling product and the fear is that the lights "will be shut off"! Their foregoing of interest is a small consolation for the financial distress this company is in. The NEED to forego interest so 'the lights will stay on', is NOT a positive, IT IS IMO a negative. Shape and color coat it any way you want, but it is what it is. And the financials show 'what it is'.
