My two cents…I think eventually it will be up for sale but there still is a lot of work that needs to be done to get a sale at a reasonable valuation. I do feel that Denner or his representatives can open up new channels or connections to help grow the business. I do agree that maximum value is probably going to be extracted for V if big pharma is selling it but I don’t think you can flick a switch right away by firing current management, putting Denner in place and expecting a reasonable sales price.
Also i dont know for sure but i am still hopeful that they can reach an agreement with generics to let Amarim grow the market and then have generics come in a few years. Right now no one is winning and patients are losing. Again all IMO.
