Adding my two cents here on the proxy battle coming up....having worked in biotech for over twenty years I know it takes time to right a ship. Management often makes mistakes and learns from those mistakes and course corrects. For me this is not necessarily a binary event as an either Denner of KM situation. I am not sure handing over to reigns to Denner is also a good solution (and I don't believe that is what he is looking for). Denner wants influence and a voice on the board and I think that is reasonable. By letting him pick a couple of board members, we should have a diversity of good ideas to help right the ship.
Sacking everyone with the accumulated knowledge for me is not the way to go. I am voting my 68K shares for this hybrid solution. I do believe they will reach such a compromise prior to the vite.
