There are all sorts of tumor manifestations which are considered inoperable. Tumors are not made to order. They can be located at impossible locations, such as deep inside, closer to the brain stem, or high function areas that would be too destructive to even attempt. Then you have Tumors too far along to come back from.

Common sense people. Common on.
